Directions
USAGE
•
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

Not good
This product doesn’t worth the money at all . After I use the shampoo I applied my usual conditioner and even then my hair was more frizzy than with my old shampoo. I saw negative effect . I try second time with Kerastasse mask , it was better but probably because of the mask. If you are looking for product to help with fence and tick hair I would not recommend to buy this one at all.

Left my hair feeling like straw
I had been wanting to try Ouai for ages and received samples with an order. I have long, thick hair which is balayage bleached at the ends. The shampoo smelt great and seemed to have some really good ingredients. It lathered well but when washing out, my hair felt so dry, like it had stripped all moisture from my hair. I followed it up with much needed Ouai thick hair conditioner which was insufficient to undo the damage caused by the shampoo and then with the corresponding masque which did assist is restoring my hair. When I dried it, after using leave in conditioner and hair oil, it felt like sandpaper and not even using a conditioning treatment on the ends could save it. I definitely wouldn't purchase, but I think the masque by itself is promising.

Won’t do without it now.
Smells divine, but more importantly leaves your hair hydrated, glossy and even bouncier in my case! Big points for the refill pouch too.

Worth the money
Really nice and lightweight. Hair is less frizzy and it’s a noticeable difference even after using once.

Great Shampoo that cleanses without drying
Having tried most of the L'Oreal shampoos and many other brands, I have found Ouai to be the best for my hair. (I have long wavy hair, a lot of it but quite fine and thick in quantity). Not only does the product smell nice but it nourishes my hair without leaving it feeling heavy and greasy or dry as some shampoos do.. Blow dries nicely with this product. Bought the bottle originally but to save the environment & cost I now buy refills for it.
