Love it
I used to use Head & shoulders for dandruff but I wanted a change since my hair didn’t feel clean. Since using Ouai for a few weeks my hair feels clean & soft & my hair has less tangles & omg it smells so good 😍

sorry, it wasn't for me
I had high hopes, but the smell was way too strong for me, almost noxious. My husband tied the shampoo and his eyes stung for a couple of days. We will not be able to use either the shampoo or conditioner :-(
