What happens to the 10% off my two Brands You Love? Your current two favourite brands will carry over and you will continue to get 10% off your brands until it's time to make your next change.
What happens to my existing Rewards Vouchers? Don't worry, any existing Rewards vouchers will remain valid and keep their original expiry date.
Can I earn now towards the new programme? You can continue to earn Rewards in the current programme until MySephora launches. At the point of launch we will convert existing spend into MySephora points.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn from writing reviews or attending in-store services? Also only 20 points out of 100 that contribute towards a reward, can be earnt from engagement acts.The remaining points will need to come from your purchases.
Can existing Rewards vouchers be redeemed on an Iconic Beauty Gift or Charity Donation? Any existing Rewards vouchers earned as part of the old programme will be issued as a £5 voucher and cannot be converted to an Iconic Beauty Gift or Charity Donation.
Will the tier system take into account what I’ve spent over that past year? Absolutely, on launch day your tier will be calculated on how much you have spent in the 12 months prior to MySephora launching
I already have Premier Delivery - will I keep that? Yes, anybody who is already signed up to Premier Delivery will keep their subscription end date. If you reach Gold tier before your subscription ends, it will be extended for another year for free
What happens if I forget my loyalty card when shopping in store? Can points be added online? Your loyalty card can be found online or on the app (there is no physical card), but stores will be able to identify you from your email address if you have trouble accessing your account in store
How does MySephora compare to the US programme? We have taken all the best bits from the US programme, Beauty Insider, and even added some more
