Drying
This dried out my lips very very bad. I tried it two different times. After the first one to see if maybe it was something else drying out my lips. I just tried it again, and my lips are painfully dry now.

Good balm - Awful cap design
The balm itself is great! However, as many people have mentioned, the cap design is truly awful. I’m not sure why in spite of all the bad reviews about their cap, they aren’t redesigning it. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from people who received the product for free.lol

Best balm I've tried
This is leagues better than any wax-based lip balm I've tried. It melts into my lips and dries down into a soft velvety texture instead of staying glossy and gloopy and just sitting on top (though I will say if you prefer a shinier look from your lip balms you may be better off looking elsewhere for that reason). It works wonderfully as a cuticle balm and helps with chapped inner corners of the mouth too. No smell at all, cute container. Super handy!

Mediocre lip balm
Do not notice any difference between this product and any stick lip balm I have used . It’s twice as expensive . The cap is not easy to get on and off.

Nice hydration
