HOW TO USE

Apply one coat for a sheer, high-shine wash of color. Apply a second coat to dial up the shine. To up the opacity, apply Soulmatte Filling Gel Lip Liner and Soulmatte Velvet Lip Mousse before Dripglass.

Swipe onto lips for a glassy shine and add another layer to amplify the color and shimmer.
