Hate the new formula
So disappointed in this new formula. It smells like burning plastic, don’t even remember a scent in the old one. Does not absorb and protect my skin the way the old one did and feel a burning tingling sensation after applying it. Am gutted to have wasted money on this. It’s absolutely awful.

I am GUTTED you changed the formula. You could have made a new formula alongside the old one. The old one absolutely saved my skin. This new formula breaks me out and my skin hates it. WHY

Love this new formula
I had some psoriasis on my elbow and tried lots of different creams over a month but only when I used this cicaplast did my skin begin to heal. So grateful!

Not happy with new formula.
The old formula was so good but the new one is really bad it’s not so hydrating and soothing for my skin. The new formula breaks out my skin.

Horrible reformulation
Absolutely hate the new formula. It doesn't repair. It doesn't absorb well. It doesn't look well so I can't wear during the day. Be careful to put the cream on dry/flaky areas made my skin 10 times worse. Please bring the old formula back.

Magic!
I have always suffered with eczema on my face especially on my eyes and on and around my lips. I find steroid creams harsh and they shouldn’t really be used on the eyes or mouth. And non-medicated creams are really oily and cause me to break out. This cream cleared my eczema up in 3 days! I can’t believe I have suffered so long. The product smooths any sore areas and soaks in quickly leaving no oily residue behind. I’ve never come across a cream advertised to use on lips and face before. I cannot recommend anymore!!

This new formula ain't it.
The original formula was incredible, made my skin feel hydrated and many completed me on my skin. Now it's very greasy and doesn't sit well on my skin. It's also less hydrating, please please bring back the original formula.

Wonder balm
I use this balm for so many different things. I was actually recommended it by a tattooist to use post tattoo to help moisturise and promote the healing process. I also use when any dry/ eczema patches arise and use it as a lip mask too!
