Unhappy
There does not appear to be any control over the heat so I burnt myself a couple of times as this item is quite heavy and spiteful. So I have sent it back and requested a refund.

Deliberated for a long time
I've been looking at this for a while as I love my original Duet so much as I knew what to expect from a weight perspective. My hair is shoulder length and the cost made it a considered purchase. At Christmas I gave in and I have to say I love it. Definitely gives my hair more of a blown out look. Quality wise it's great and I'm totally happy. Only negative is the case in the gift set feels a touch cheap.

Doesn’t work on my hair
I have thick coarse hair and found it never made my hair smooth enough
It gets very hot and you can’t touch near where the brush is as it can burn your hand
Very expensive for what this product is
If you could try before you buy then I wouldn’t of purchased this

What a product.
I brought myself this for Xmas. I treat everyone else but myself so thought why not. Recently I haven’t been able to dye ny hair due to how damaged it is so I was on the look out for a product to style my hair which ensure my hair is protected but still having it look at it best. This seem to be the thing.
I loved how it ensure it doesn’t exceed the temperature which would or could cause further damaged to my hair. It provided a lovely blow dry look. I’m still trying to work out how to curl it but with practice I will get there.
The gift bag lovely and I look forward to seeing what more I can do with my hair.

It does what it says
A Black Friday Purchase. I find this product too heavy and too hot. It would be better with variable heat options. However I would recommend it for very thick strong curly hair as it gives a lasting result. The Airwrap is better for me.

Love it but…
I absolutely love it for my hair this which is quite thick and slot of flu aways. I was so imoresssed how smooth and shiney it felt no need to use any other tool after. Actually super quick. Only downside would be it gets super hot so be careful just to touch the end, I’m not sure it would give much volume to finer hair. But over all I’m impressed
