Only just started to use mine ....its heavy but it's doing a great job on my hair ....wouldn't want to go bk to a usual hair dryer

Curls will not hold
Hair dryer is great however the air wrap for curling is useless the curls will only last 20 minutes before dropping out. I have tried many different methods to get them to hold.

Disappointed
This was a Christmas present. I am disappointed by the results achieved. The curls don’t hold, the smoothing attachment is difficult to work out. I have watched the videos and used a variety of products but the issues still persist.
