WHAT MAKES IT FLAWLESS?

Directions
Step 1 - After cleansing, pat skin gently dry. Protect delicate areas - apply moisturiser around the eyes (“moisturiser goggles”) and protect lips with a proper layer of lip balm.
Step 2 - Apply Flawless Nightly Serum - start off with a small amount (½ a pump), applying every other day using the #13dottechnique to apply evenly over the face.
Step 3 - Massage until fully absorbed. Apply moisturiser on top once fully absorbed if needed.
Step 4 - Store in a cool, dark place. We recommend a slow increase in use after 2-4 weeks, to daily use. And as skin becomes more tolerant you can try using a full pump. Remember - a skin cycle is 6 weeks, so the benefits of using Actives takes time to appear. I am almost 3 months into using the serum, and I must say that I am impressed so far. I have definitely experience some purging as to be expected as I have struggled with acne for almost 10 years! However I was always afraid to use prescription retinoid, but this retinoid is incredibly gentle and hydrating on my skin, I have not experienced any irritation or dryness. I did notice an improvement in my acne scars and my skin overall looks brighter and smoother. I can't wait to see the long term results.

I have always wanted to use retinoids, but no matter which brand I bought, my skin because so sensitive, flaky and red. This product however, I have had zero reaction!! It is very calming and you notice such a difference the next morning when you wake up! I have been using it with the neutralizing gel and it has really cleared up my acne!

I know that this product works for lots of people but I wanted to write that not everyone can/shoukd use a retinoid. My skin hates them, I've tried various brands and they never seem to work for me. As soon as I stopped using this and went back to the brightening serum my skin has transformed. The team were amazing with their support when I messaged and also helped me on how to return for a refund. Therefore if you use this product and it doesn't work seriously look into the brightening serum instead it makes my skin glow and clears up my blemishes.

I’ve only been using this product for a few weeks and I can already see a difference. My skin is purging but overall looks so much better. My favorite thing about this product is that IT DOES NOT IRRITATE MY SKIN. I have super sensitive skin and haven’t found any actives that don’t irritate it like crazy other than this serum. So far it’s been great and I will keep using it.
