New formula and scent is not good
Been using the blue jar for at least 10 years, when buying this one I thought just packaging changed, wasn't realised the formular and scent changed totally. Not as kind and moslisture to the skin, and smell awful I had to say. Why change such a great product with something totally different? And also misleading for old customers, I now regret waste my money on this.

Disappointed Clarins
I have been using this moisturiser for over 15 years and never been disappointed (blue jar) last order arrives in new packaging (pink jar) nearly identical to the day cream so hard to tell them apart without reading the small text on the jar every morning and night. What’s more disappointing is it has been reformulated so now feels different, smells different and worse, doesn’t last any near as long as the old formula. It’s lighter, you need to use more to get the
sam effect.A jar of this used to last me 9-12 months, I’m one month into the new jar and almost half way through the jar. Used to love how good value and quality Clarins is but it’s taken a turn for the worse. One step exfoliating cleanser also been reformulated with awful plastic beads in. So disappointed. Long term customer on the lookout for a new go-to brand
