Eyes to Mesmerise is a long-wearing cream eyeshadow that creates maximum impact with minimum effort. The revolutionary water-infused formula has a cooling effect on the eyes- and is the ultimate foolproof product that forms part of Charlotte's One-Minute No-Mirror Makeup thanks to the easy glide-on formula that doesn't drag.



Rose Gold is a gorgeous soft pink rose-gold metallic shade.

Directions

Apply Eyes to Mesmerise using your fingers for a soft, smooth, natural makeup look. Work it backwards & forwards like a windscreen wiper for a gorgeous wash of colour.

To intensify, apply it with Charlotte's Blender Brush (sold separately).
