Nice product, I like the colour payoff but it's not as precise as I would like and it didn't hold my brows in place all day.

Black is not black
Number 6 cool soft black is more like a dark brown. My eyebrows look ridiculous. Don't call something black when it's not black. Also it's thick and patchy.
