The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% - high-strength vitamin and mineral blemish formula.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is indicated to reduce the appearance of skin blemishes and congestion. A high 10% concentration of this vitamin is supported in the formula by zinc salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid to balance visible aspects of sebum activity.
Alcohol-free, oil-free, nut-free, vegan.

Apply The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% to entire face morning and evening before heavier creams.

Surprisingly awesome product
This might just be my favourite product from the Ordinary!
I have struggled with perimenopausal hormone changes causing oiliness and breakouts, and just noticing those mid 40s wrinkles and dullness of my skin. In a week I have far less sebum production and no dryness issues and such an improvement to my skins texture. This is a fabulous product! I apply the serum right out of the shower then my moisturizer.

It works for most people
This product is not for everyone. However, provided that you can tolerate it, it is AMAZING! 10 PERCENT IS IN the higher end. You don't need much. However, it works best when 2-3 drops is added to moisturizer! Although not indicated for acne. Niacinamide is used as an acne spot treatment in Europe, Australia, and Canada as FREEDERM 4 PERCENT ACNE TREATMENT. As such I many use it a a spot treatment for blemishes just dabbing it on the closed comedones! For cystic or moderate to severe acne, I suggest seeing a dermatologist for a stronger alternative such as a Rx retinoid y mouth or topically applied!

Helps keep my acne away. My skin isn't as oily through out the day. What ever I have left over on hands I apply to chest and back. It has helped keep my skin acne free. I always buy the biggest bottle

Life-changing
Been using this since April 2024. Got rid of my cystic acne. Genuinely game-changing, I get very mild spots now and then currently but no more large painful scarring spots. I could not be happier with the outcome, after many years of trying various prescription treatments that were too harsh for my skin.

Does this cause purging

Hi, Can this be used with La Roche Posay products?

Yes I would use niacinamide first then layer with hyuloronic.

Does this help with uneven skin tone ?
I personally didn’t find that it did. For me it helped reduce breakouts and control oil without being too drying.

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% can be used with the The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%, you would apply the Niacinamide first am only and then followed by the Azelaic Acid am and used without Niacinamide pm.
