Directions
In the AM and PM, after cleansing and serums, massage a pea-sized amount into face and neck, follow with oil if desired.

Conflicted about this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I, unfortunately, suffer with some rather bad acne and so I purchased this hoping that it may make my skin (appear) some what healthier. However, over the course of using this product of which I’ve now purchased twice I’ve noticed my skin become really irritated. Honestly my skin has felt like it was on fire when putting this on a couple of times, and obviously having acne I’ve done many test/ trial weeks where I stop using a specific product to see if it is the root cause for any irritation and/ or breakouts. As much as my skin does appear “healthier” when using this product, it does sting and I believe that overtime it has dried out my skin. Personally I’m conflicted, so I’d be wary when using this product but given the state of my acne and breakouts anyway I may be an anomaly

Amazing!!
It is really good. The Omega water cream broke me out, and so I wasn’t sure how well it would do. I haven’t broken out in small spots so I would say it’s amazing!
