Directions
The ideal gentle AM and PM cleanser. Gently massage a small amount onto dampened face and neck, add water, then rinse thoroughly.

Does what it says on the tin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fabulous product in that it does exactly what it says - melts away makeup! I was so impressed as it's rare to get anything that lives up to its description. Only one negative thing - it's quite hard to get out of the tube as it's so thick! However I will out up with it!!

Dislike this product. Does not provide a clean, fresh cleanse. It leaves a residue behind which is absolutely awful

Great product. 1 issue
I absolutely love this product! I will take it to the grave. Gets rid of all makeup in one use and you don’t have to spend scrubbing at your face. Super gentle and leaves skin soft and nourished. My only complaint with it is the tube it comes in. I’m always left with so much product in the bottle but I can’t get it out unless I cut it in half and then it dries out. If this product came in a tub I’d be all over it. However I cannot fault the cleanser it self

Lovely if you can get it out
Really nice product to use for 1st step cleansing, however it's almost impossible to get out of the tube. I had to get my boyfriend to dispense it into a glass jar for me.

good oil cleanser for the price ! does melt off my makeup nicely but leaves a bit of a residue that comes off with cleanser. gets a bit difficult to get out during the cold weather & when it’s nearly finished

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?
This cleanser would be soothing because it contains oats. I would consider using just one product containing BHA to ensure you don't damage your skin barrier. I have several cleansers at a higher price point but always have this cleanser because it is fab
