Directions
Use once a week or two to three times a week for damaged hair.
- Apply on damp, towel-dried hair.
- Apply a generous amount from scalp to ends until hair is thoroughly saturated.
- Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes (longer if desired).
- Rinse from hair. Shampoo and condition as usual.

Believe the hype - great for dry curly hair
Received a sample many months ago from large beauty store and threw it in the drawer. Found it a few days ago I tried it on a whim, not expecting much. Used half the sample tube and was genuinely surprised by how much of a difference it made in my frizz and dryness in just one application. I have untreated 2C curly hair (fine texture w/ long, soft spirals) that has gotten much drier and frizzier with age. I have always loved my hair and was getting depressed by the changes - no curly hair shampoos, conditioners or styling products have been making much of a difference and some actually worsened the problems. LOTS of money spent on premium brands. I hadn’t considered #3 because I had the perception it was for color treated and/or damaged hair and had never thought of my hair in those categories. So glad I tried it! Used the second half of the sample yesterday. Came to breakfast with it applied to damped hair, so I casually mentioned to my husband that I was trying a new hair treatment to see if it helped. Out of the blue this morning he said that he could really see the difference and that the product must work. So out of character for him. He’s a man that does not comment on something like that unless it’s a huge change. Just ordered the large size. Now I believe the hype!

A classic I will always go back to
The olaplex no. 3 is such a classic. It’s good for your hair, always makes it look better. I find that this product can be used with or without the whole system. I always get good results with or without the shampoo and conditioner. The oil is great too. The only con I find and it’s more of an inconvenience for me, is having to wet hair in shower, getting out, applying it, waiting, and then shampooing but perhaps instead of rinsing my hair in the shower I can use a spray bottle before applying it?

Lost hair
I left the olaplex 3 for overnight and in the morning I got just whole hair in a 1 big tangle, that impossible was to brushed, I have to shaved my hair that was really long

Can it be used on blonde hair?
Absolutely! This is for all hair types including virgin, coloured, textured or highly compromised. It really did save my bleach-damaged blonde hair.

Hi, I have been using purelolgy hydrate shampoo and conditioner which is the only shampoo and conditioner that has worked and since I have to use daily they work well however I believe i have been highlighting and lowlighting my hair for years and now have hashimotos thyroid my hair is falling out and tangles like crazy after shampooing and conditioning, even at the hairdressers after using a mask its gets tangled. I have gone gluten free and using organic products since 2014 after being diagnosed having hashimotos. I want to continue using pureology shampoo and condtitioner but i need something to put on before brushing. I have tried its a ten for a few years and worked great, i know its not organic but the organic products over the counter did nothing, so now its a 10 has stopped working and I use an argan oil which helps somewhat but not what i desire. So basically do you recommed your at home products, if so which ones at directions. btw k18 i have tried and didnt work at all.
I just dyed my hair red, will no.3 strip the color away?
