Directions
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

Packaging problems
The packaging was split and shampoo was spilt in the box and over the other products I bought. Was very messy to clean up and most of the shampoo was wasted

Best hair products ever!
I have tried countless high end hair care brands and the moment I tried Ouai, I knew I’d never go back. The smell is incredible, and it brought my hair back to life after postpartum hair loss. I can’t say enough about how much I love these products. The hair gloss is also amazing and smells just as good as the shampoo!

I guess I must have correctly identified my hair as medium, because this shampoo (and conditioner) does unbelievable things to it. I can't explain it better than to call it "commercial hair" - sleek, shiny, easy to brush. When I go out in the sun, I practically have a halo from the healthy shine. Worth every penny.
