On its own, it feels pretty average. I also use the leave in conditioner and hair oil and feel like that combo helps my hair a lot. I live in a very dry climate and never had issues until moving here

Not bad, not great
First, I ordered this online and didn't get to check it out in person. I really don't care for the fragrance at all! It's a cloying over-perfumed scent. Also, I haven't noticed a change in my hair. If anything, my hair feels thinner! EEK!

I love these! I buy the fine hair shampoo and conditioner! I wash every day even though it’s not recommended and I don’t shed my hair as much as with other shampoos. It also makes hair soft, silky and smooth.

Best shampoo i’ve tried!
This has been the best shampoo I have tried. I’ve tried redken, milkshake, nexxus and nothing has worked like this one. My problem with the others was that my hair would get greasy throughout the day or it would dry my hair out but this kind keeps my hair moisturized but not greasy! 100% recommend!

Better than Medium
I don’t have fine hair… that’s a misnomer for the product:hair type fit. It’s lighter weight than the medium which is better for low-porosity hair like mine. It’s still a little heavy so I use the tiniest amount and rinse well. Feel like this formula would be too rich for fine hair.

The scent is so overpowering that it literally makes me sneeze like an allergic reaction. I had to give the product away to a friend who will hopefully like the scent.

Love ❤️ this Ouai warm rich conditioner
This conditioner has a truly lovely, decadent scent that feels warm and rich, almost like it would be a heavy product. However, it’s surprisingly light on the hair. You might expect it to weigh down your locks because of the luxurious aroma, but instead, it leaves your hair feeling soft and bouncy. It’s one of those products where small things pack a dynamite punch—definitely one of my favorites!
