Third repurchase!
This is now my third repurchase of this product! I used this for under my eyes and I find it does help my concealer stay in place and not fade or move. I use this on top of an eye cream, apply a small amount of the primer, then concealer as normal before a small amount of loose setting powder. The combo keeps my concealer in place all day and in my opinion prevents creasing or moving of concealer.
