How to apply the lash serum?
1. Beginning with a clean eye area, apply the lash serum along the eyelash line, from root to tip, twice daily
2. Wait 1 minute and 30 seconds before eye makeup application.

Reaction to product. Does grow lashes.
I have been using this for 6+ weeks, 3 weeks at a time nightly. I found more lash growth but hairs grew too dense together (difficult to do naturally for sparse Asian lashes). After 5 weeks my right eye began twitching uncontrollably for 3-5 seconds throughout my day. It was the muscle that pulls up me eyelid spasming. Being out in direct daylight seemed to enhance this symptom. After stopping the treatment I saw that my eye muscle lessened its twitching and I now make sure to wear sunglasses whenever I go out. Please be careful using this product and avoid direct contact with your eyeball. The beautiful results have consequences.

Nothing like promised
Well into fourth week of religiously applying this serum, to see not one bit of difference in my lashes.

consistency is too liquidy
I can not judge how effective this serum is, I am using it only for two weeks.
Probably too early to see any results.
But i am giving it quite low rating, because whatever I do, follow online video instructions and use just tiny amount of product ... serum always manages to leak into my eyes and irritate it.

It works!
I have been using this serum for over a month now and started noticing new eyelashes and eyebrows (that I extremely overplucked a few years ago!). You need to use it on a regular basis - morning and evening. It has a very sticky texture, but it is absorbed very quickly and you can use mascara 5 minutes after the serum.

Brilliant!
This has helped my lashes incredibly. I normally get classic lash extensions every 2 weeks , which has left my own lashes a little bare. But due to lockdown I haven’t been able to get them done, so I thought I would try this. It has really helped strengthen my lashes and they appear a lot more thicker and longer.

Formula works, a little awkward to apply
This serum makes my lashes look and feel well conditioned. The lip-gloss brush style applicator isn't as awkward to use as I expected, but a spoolie brush applicator would be easier

Thicker Eyelashes
This is the first time I have used Lancome Lash Serum and I think its great. My eyelashes seem thicker and the serum doesn't sting the eyes like some eyelash serums do. I would definitely recommend giving this a try.
