Where is 020 Chatain!
I’m so sad that my eyebrow pencil I’ve been using for years which was perfect is no longer available! I don’t trust anything else now! Is the 020 Chatain colour still available but re-named? If not then what is the closest shade please? Also please please keep the pencils and don’t switch everything to the twisty things, they don’t have the sharpness that helps define my brow shape and just go so quickly

It's perfection easily goes on and stays put and beautiful colours . I love chestnut and chocolate please don't keep changing colours.. keep them so we can repeat but

Plastic inside the pencil
I bought this two months ago, loved it and then the tip became dull. So I went to sharpen it and it’s literally impossible because there is a plastic wrap inside the pencil. I mean how can this happen? I bought this pencil before and I had no issues.

Useless - literally
DO NOT BUY THIS - Not too bad when you first buy it but you cannot sharpen it, it has some sort of layer of plastic around it so whenever you sharpen it, it just crumbles in the sharpener (I just use a normal metal sharpener). I have wasted the whole pencil (£23 for a pencil is not exactly cheap as it is and got about a week out of it. Can't even use it blunt as the plastic just scratches your face and nothing comes out. Absolute joke of a product.

Read your reviews! For a natural blonde the colour Taupe was perfect (not too ginger and not too brown). I have never found anything comparable for colour and so have returned to Lancome religiously for the last 15 years at least. Now I only have two tiny stubs left. None of your replacement colours come close to matching (I have tried in stores). So disappointed. Why has it been discontinued?

Blonde 01 has a ginger tint to it
I have used the eyebrow pencil for the last couple of years since I lost my eyebrows during chemotherapy. It’s name has changed and it’s now a powder pencil instead of Le Sourcil (I think that’s what it was called before). Anyways, I ordered the same colour, blonde and omg it’s hideous. It has a ginger tint to it . So disappointed!
