Directions
The soothing formula gently removes impurities and make-up from your eyelashes, combining the effects of oil and water. Shake gently before use to active the dual phase formula. Apply Lancôme Bi-Facil to a cotton pad and rest on your closed eye for 5 seconds. Gently sweep down to remove eye make-up.

great cleanser
Best eye makeup remover ever! It is very effective, mainly for sensitive eyes. Its soft and gentle, not harsh like water based ones. I would say the price is a bit high but you do get what you pay for! It wont leave you with panda eyes :) im on my second bottle and will never change it!

Holy grail
THE best thing ever for taking off stubborn eye make up, (and lipstick too 🤫) gone are the days where my eyelashes come away with my mascara, this ensures effortless cleansing whilst also being gentle on the skin around the eyes. You don’t need much either.

Nice Cleanser
Nice cleanser. Works really well and removes even waterproof mascara without too much work, no rubbing or pulling. Just hold a moistened pad over the eye to let it soak in, and gently wipe. All traces of make up is gone.No oilyness is left on skin, just clean and fresh.
