Too much essential oil in it.
Too much essential oil in it.
I used tretinoin cream at night and thought I'd give this a go in my AM routine as I've pretty much got used to tretinoin as it can be very irritating on your skin at first. I applied the Lancome Absolue on my face the first day and was fine but it was so stinging on the second I had to wash the Absolute off my face and gave the rest of the Absolute to a friend.
Probably way too much Rose oil for this day and age as I can even see that causing problems for people on plain Retinol with sensitive skin.
It did make my skin feel super soft on the first day though it's just a shame it had so much essential oil in it.

Such a ridiculus customer services
Bought the Absolue rich cream with a great deal which is buy one get one free. DPD failed to send me my parcel. Contacted the customer services, the worker seems work at home as there is a big loud washing dishes noise at the background. I couldn't hear him at all. Also he was so rude through the whole conversation, instead of sort out the issue for me, he just hang up my phone for no reason.

Very allergic to scent
Bought this and used it for just a couple of days. I was extremely allergic to the scent. I've used Absolue Premium for years but was told this was a better cream.

Rich but affordable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent rich cream with a depth like no other , it made my skin feel soft, smooth and nourished without leaving it feel heavy . I love the fragrance of the cream and also the packaging . The packaging made my dressing table look so elegant and it brightens it up when I look at it everyday!

Disappointed
Have been using absolue for about 5 years and love it. Have used fx in the past but recently changed to the new one. Lovely cream feels great also uses serum however why does this cream not have SPF. I have now got a couple of sun spots on my face.

Beautiful cream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream smells wonderful and is absorbed into skin so easily. It leaves my skin looking brighter and smooths fine lines.
The cream smells beautiful and is easy to apply. After a week my skin felt smoother and wrinkles didn't look as deep. I would buy this product again if it was not so expensive.
