Directions
Spray John Frieda Volume Lift Thickening Blow-Out Styling Spray throughout towel-dried hair, making sure to fully cover under sections and root area.
Use more or less depending on hair length and thickness. Comb to distribute evenly from root to tip. Style hair using a blow-dryer until completely dry. Finish style as usual.
For an even fuller blow dry, apply a few more sprays to almost dry hair. Continue to blow dry with a round brush, focusing the heat of dryer on the brush.
John Frieda's Top Tip: Blow dry hair upside down for maximised volume.

Fine Hair Styling Spray
I use this product in conjunction with the shampoo and conditioner from John Freida for my fine hair. I really notice a difference when I dry my hair, and if I wash and dry my hair without using the spray it is a lot more difficult to style.
