Best for Layering
I actually layer this with the English Pear & Freesia. I use the English Pear & Freesia body lotion, then spray the Wood Sage & Sea Salt and then top with a spritz of the English Pear & Freesia. Sometimes I will flip the two depending on my mood. This and the English Pear & Freesia make my personal scent. Tip on lasting fragrance: rub some vaseline on pressure points then spray. All day scent.

What's become of my once favourite Jo Malone fragrance???
I've always been a huge fan of this specific Jo Malone fragrance as I found it to be quite unique and captivating, light but distinctive, relatively long lasting and always a compliment getter however my latest bottle was beyond disappointing as it smelled so weak and insipid as if it had been water down to a shadow of its former self. I'm SO disappointed as I certainly don't want to waste more money on a replacement if it's going to perform so badly once again. I will now need to hunt out a new favourite fragrance now that this one seems to have been reformulated ( for the worst! )

Unfortunately the other reviews are correct
Beautiful fragrance but unfortunately I thought I'd give it a try despite the other reviews saying the fragrance doesn't last. It doesn't. What a shame. NEXT sell a very similar product that lasts ALL day for a fraction of the price. Time to up your game JM.

I love the smell its sophisticated, but it doesn't last an hour. So disappointed, I tough I had found my new fragrance. I wish the smell would last longer.

After buying some samples, I was gifted a full bottle by my partner. While I adore the scent of the cologne, I must confess my disappointment with its longevity. I've tried less expensive brands that last much longer. Unless the formula is improved, I won't be in a rush to ordering more

Sooooo DISAPPOINTING
Used it 3 times. Nothing to recommend or to smell. So disappointed. £118 FOR 100ML IS NOT CHEAP AND THIS FRAGRANCE (OR LACK OF) HAS REALLY LET THE BRAND DOWN!

I really loved the scent, but I do not know why, the fixation is just 2/3 hours. Is that the amount of hours that should last the fixation?
Completely agree, unless we become used to the scent so it isn’t so strong? I don’t know, but I must say it is a little disappointing.
