Directions
- For optimum use and to prevent wax tunnelling, burn the candle until the wax has melted and pooled to the edge.
- Light all four wicks at once.
- Allow candle to solidify before re-lighting.
- Trim the wick between uses, ensuring it is no longer than ¼ inch/6mm.
Protect the surface on which the candle rests. Do not burn for longer than four hours at a time. Do not leave unattended or within reach of children or pets.

Will no purchase again, total waste of money.
Familiar with the brand, often use the Pomegranate scent, thought I'd try another scent for spring. Initially purchased this as a Christmas present for my dear friend, but on opening it, found air bubbles in the candle, I didn't think I could gift this so thought I'd use it up myself. Candle pools and there is little scent. Such a shame as I love the smell.

Disappointed
Bought the English pear and freesia candle online as a Christmas gift. Thankfully I decided to open the gift wrapping and check it, because I've never been so disappointed in a candle and I've bought many. The candle itself had a huge bubble running half way around the candle and was not giftable in that state. What was worse was the lack lustre response I received from customer service when I contacted them about the issue. Initially CS told me to return the candle via post and that once it was received, they would send out a new candle. Well that wasn't going to do, as I needed the candle for Christmas Day. After some back and forth conversation, we agreed that as soon as I provided CS with the return tracking number, they would organise a new candle to be sent to me. Great. The following day I sent off the candle and provided the tracking number to CS. It was then they advised me that it would take them up to 4 business days to dispatch a new candle and between 7-10 days for delivery. Again, this wasn't going to work as it wouldn't make it in time for Christmas. I requested that the delivery be expedited given the circumstances, and was told that there was nothing more they could do to help. What?? In the end, I requested a refund and will take my business elsewhere. I just can't believe that a "luxury" brand like Jo Malone would provide such inadequate customer service and literally do the bare minimum in order to rectify the situation. You would think they would try to go above and beyond given the atrocious quality of the product I received.

Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed in Jo Malone :( I bought this candle in-store a while ago. This candle tunnels even when I followed the instructions (burn for exactly 4 hours every time and trimmed the wick). However, when I brought the concern to the online CS, they asked me to go to the store for help. When I asked for help in the store, they did not offer to do an exchange but showed me a video to fix the candle with tin foil. I tried that but it didn't work. I am not exactly satisfied with Jo Malone's quality and after-sales service.

Disappointing
Burned for eight hours and never pooled. No a candle with hike through center meaning lots of waste. Customer service was dismissive and accused candle as being fake. Certainly wouldn't trust this brand again and will not recommend

70th Birthday Gift
I've purchased this for my Sister's 70th birthday and I know she will love it. I bought the Basil, Lime and Mandarin candle for my Sister in law's 60th birthday and she loved it, and as my Sister admired it so much I knew just what to get her for her 70th which of course is English Pear and Freesia Candle. This package came beautifully packed and will go on it's long journey in late November to Cheshire for my Sister's birthday. I adore the perfume and I know it will be a huge hit with my Sister. Thank you Jo Malone. Quality at its best.

Bought as a present for my son's girlfriend's birthday so can't comment on the smell, however came with tissue paper, ribbon and bag so it was presented beautifully. Lovely gift idea but very expensive,would have to be a special gift to pay this price again.

Best customer service
I love this fragrance so I bought the home candle. Unfortunately this candle doesn't seem to smell so I called Jo Malone to see what they could do about it. The customer service from Izzy was great. This is why I buy Jo Malone!
