simply the best eye pencil available
Applies softly then once set it does not transfer- the only eye pencil I've found to be stable. Colours are beautiful and the black is really black. Great product. The best.

This waterproof product has quite a creamy cons...
This waterproof product has quite a creamy consistency, so it is difficult to apply directly. Instead, I use a thin eye liner brush to obtain a thin eye liner look. Fabulous product which stays put all day.
