Directions
Add warm water to lather and massage lightly using fingertips in circular movements, over the face and neck. Rinse off with warm water. Follow with the appropriate Elemis toner and moisturiser.

I adore the smell of this gentle cleanser
I really love this face wash, it smells amazing and is really gentle but effective. I use this after the cleansing balm for my double cleanse in the evenings.

Not for sensitive skin
I have used this product for 3 week and after a few days my face is extremely dry and has a rash. I stopped using it the rash is gone. Tried this a couple of time to be sure. Disappointing.

Poor choice
I bought this as it was recommended for dry sensitive skin. (have rosacea too ). Sadly it totally stripped my skin or any moisture it had leaving it very tight, dry and red. And same for the apricot toner. I will be returning to my other usual brand that truly is for sensitive skin. I have used other Elemis product in past and liked them.

Formula has changed
I've been using this cleanser for years but noticed with the latest purchase that it smells completely different (not particularly pleasant now) and it is a darker colour. No longer suitable for sensitive skin, it aggravated mine straight away and left it feeling very sore. Won't be buying it again. I don't understand why Elemis have to mess around with products, this isn't the only product that has changed for the worse or been discontinued.

Gentle and non-drying
Very gentle and cleansing, I have super dry and sensitive skin (also got psoriasis on my face) and it does not burn or dry it out even more. Will always repurchase

The best sensitive facial wash I’ve ever used!
I have always struggled finding a gel cleansing wash that doesn’t dry my skin out so I recently switched to a sensitive gel and this!!! My holy grail, makes my skin feel soooo clean and fresh and hydrated!
