The best!
I bought the smaller size to try out and have now purchased the large one. I use this as a first cleanse and it leaves my skin feeling so clean. I love that it’s not fragranced. I have combo skin with acne and this works really well for my skin

best cleanser around for hardcore makeup fans
i have tried a lot of cleansing balms but each time i keep coming back to this one! all others i’ve tried don’t melt off a full face of makeup properly or have so much fragrance in them that it irritates my skin… but this one is gentle on the skin, and melts off even red lipstick and waterproof mascara! highly recommend ✨

It’s OK but won’t repurchase
There are much better balms out there, this is not great, it’s ok, but honestly you could put your money towards better products. It does remove make up but there’s still so much left over, if I didn’t know this was a Clinique product, I’d have thought it was a cheap alternative to a Clinique product! Going to stick to my Make Me Melt balm which takes off everything completely!
This would probably be suited more to someone that wears very very light make up, if you wear medium to full coverage then this is not the product for you if you are looking to cleanse quickly and efficiently.

Good!
This is a good cleansing balm, it melts nicely in your hands and cleans a lot of your make up off, I find if I have a lot of eye makeup on I still have to use micellar water after to clear off the last dregs. It is unscented. It is also pretty hydrating!
