Caution - apply before you buy
Dreadful product! Was persuaded to switch from my usual foundation which is light and glides on leaving a natural finish to this as with age I needed more coverage.Heavy, difficult to apply even after applying moisturiser.Mixing a little with moisturiser helped but not much.I apply with finger tips - takes a lot to wash it off so I suppose it has good staying power!Matching your skin shade is great.As mature Asian woman it can be difficult to get good colour match.The colour range is good which is the only good thing I can say.My advice is to apply it your entire face yourself without help of an assistant before you buy.

Good foundation, poor bottle design
Love this foundation, but it is pricey. I know it's more eco friendly to have a glass bottle to recycle but there is so much waste with it. Once it's too empty for the pump to work you can use a thin brush to scrape the bottom half but there is about a weeks worth around the top half that you can't get to,

I bought this foundation 2 months ago in store. As a brown woman, my shade is very hard to match as some foundation goes too yellow, too orange or slightly too light. It is a nightmare to find the correct shade. I have combination skin, dark spots, uneven tone and hyperpigmentation. I have some wrinkles around my eyes and some pores around my nose. I tried this foundation in the shade "sand" and i was absolutely happy because it was an exact match to my skin tone. It covered all my imperfections. Did not settle into my fine lines and pores. I have been wearing this for 2 months (3-4 times a week) and it did not oxidised as well. I only use moisturiser with SPF and apply the foundation, set it with the clinique powder and job done. I don't wear anything else. It didn't fade any spots or anything like that but it makes my skin look good. It does not feel heavy as well. Also this is my first foundation ever purchase from Clinique. I do not think i can get any bettEr match like this, therefore Clinique has just got themselves a new customer for life. Thank you.

Disappointed - first time ever with Clinique
I only wear Clinique foundation, liked the sound of this but agree with others, the colour is not 'Ivory' as other foundations I've tried, the colour is more yellow and it doesn't go onto my skin as well, it ends up streaky and patchy. I thought I'd get used to it but I really don't like it! I shall stick to the combination of the stay-matte oil-free makeup and beyond perfecting foundation + concealer which I use together, they are great no issues and perfect colour. My skin glows and looks natural, with this it collects in the fine lines and pores even with the pore defying primer. Not what I expected at all, shame.

Tone is way off
I don't like warm toned shades as I end up looking like an oompah loompah. I therefore always buy cool toned. I went for Linen as I'm relatively pale and this was supposed to be cool neutral tone. The first day I wore it, someone I asked me if I was ill as they thought I had jaundice! That's how yellow this foundation is. How can a cool neutral shade be yellow? An expensive mistake and one I won't make again.

Not what I expected
I have been using Even Better foundation for a while and it always gave a silky finish. I decided to try Even Better Clinical Serum having spoken to a Clinique adviser. I needed more coverage as suffering with Rosecea. I have been using this a week now and it has really dried my skin out, looks chalky on and just doesnt sit on my skin nicely at all. Really disappointed and feel ive wasted money. I love clinique products but this foundation isnt great.

Makes my skin look awful!
Good colour match technology but trusted the brand name too much because this Foundation looks awful :( settles in every wrinkle, separates on skin almost immediately even with primer and moisturiser. So disappointed :(

You could try CN 10 alabaster. But would recommend a visit to a clinique counter in a store to get matched before buying online
