Post surgery scarring
I have been using this product for 3 months now, to moisturise healing scars after surgery, and have found it works really well. Massaging in, it is easily absorbed, and fragrance free so no unnecessary additions, the skin stays moisturised and feels great all day.

New formula smells like chemicals
I bulk buy Aveeno and ordered a new batch of 5 bottle from a leading UK pharmacy website. All the bottles stink of chemicals. The product now sits on the skin and takes forever to absorb. What has happened to the formula?

New formula is terrible
I've used this product for years and really liked it. Unfortunately whatever change you have made to the formula now causes my skin to come out in a nasty red rash. I wouldn't advise anyone who has sensitive skin to buy. Please can you revert back to the previous formula!
