The conditioner itself is very different and is not as thick & creamy as the Aveda conditioner I'm used to? I purchased 3 bottles recently from Sephora and they are all the same, but very different to the ones I just purchased directly from Aveda. Maybe I received a faulty batch? I have tried to contact customer services about this but they have just ignored me? I have been a Feel Unique customer since 2014. Shame.

Beware!! Faulty / Fake Product?
I purchased 3 bottles Aveda Mens Conditioner from Sephora, but the contents are very different to the product I bought directly from Aveda. I can only imagine it is a faulty batch or even counterfeit? I've contacted Sephora customer services several times, but they just keep ignoring the issue?? Shame, this company used to be good when it was Feel Unique.

I've been using this product for years and loved it. The latest bottle has a completely different formulation in it and it's not at all an improvement. Would not buy again

Really effective product.
I bought this conditioner for my partner. He has severe psoriasis on his scalp. He uses this in combination with the shampoo and the scalp treatment. Since starting use of this a year ago he has felt genuine relief. Significantly less itching and flaking. I loved the herbal smell of this conditioner too. It leaves the hair glossy and strong. I'd definitely recommend.
