Formula Changed
I am the 4th generation in my family that has been using this product for a long time. I noticed the product changed! It doesn’t smell the same anymore and it does not have the same ingredients it used to. The old product was more moisturizing and smelled better. Please please please consider bringing the old product back even if you have to raise the price, it’s worth it.

Something has changed
The solid butter was my go to for blemishes. It never failed me in my teenage years. It faded marks without fail. Now it just moisturizes but does nothing for blemishes. Something has changed in the formula.

NEVER discontinue the tub PLEEEASE!
My husband loves Palmers cocoa butter but ONLY the tub & I tend to buy him the biggest one in the store. We were going on a short vacation this past week & the tub was too big to go in his carry on so when we were doing our final loop through the house to be sure we had everything he looked at his tub of lotion on the bathroom counter & said,” I’m going to miss you buddy” LOL somehow he did survive our 4 day trip without crumbling into a pile of ash lol. Thank you for the wonderful product that my husband uses all over his beautiful bald head, face, hands & arms faithfully everyday with the exception of the 4 days last week!

Incredible stuff!
For the last two years I have been suffering with increasingly bad psoriasis on my hands and wrists as I struggle with OCD and I was my hands a LOT, especially working in education too.
I had tried numerous lotions and potions prescribed by doctors and nothing was working to help aid the symptoms. I had previously used other Palmer's products after having tattoos done so I thought to give the hand cream a try to see if it helped my skin.
All I can say is, I will NOT be wasting my money on insane amounts of creams and gels from the doctors any more! Palmer's hand cream has worked absolute miracles!
The pictures I am including are a day apart. As you can see in the first photos, my skin is going through a severe flare up, time stamped 18:22 24/07/2024. The second lot of photos, are of my hands now as I am writing this review, time stamped 17:04 25/07/2024.
I used the cream over night, and have been consistent in the application whenever my hands start to feel dry or itchy. Like I said, this stuff is INCREDIBLE! This is how much the cream has helped overnight.
I will absolutely be buying more and have just bought the intensive body lotion and lip balm.

First pot was amazing! But this pot is different!
The very first pot was amazing! Exactly what I needed it was really thick and the covered really well and was just perfect, this put in the image below is totally different! It's a looser texture oily and sits on top of your skin!
I have always used other products from Palmers and have always been consistent in quality!.

Great product poor bottle
The product is 1st class and works better that anything else I have tried but the squeeze bottle is very wasteful as the cream is thick and so much remains in the bottle once the pump can no longer extract the cream

No longer unscented/fragrance free
I was ordering this product regularly for tbe past 3 years until about a month ago.
I'm not sure if the formula changed or if there's been a mixup at Palmers factory, but this product is NO LONGER fragrance free. It now smells just like the scented version of this product depsite the bottle still being labeled 'fragrance free'. It is therefore useless to me as I can't wear heavily perfumed products in my line of work.
