Store Operations Supervisor, London

Your mission will be:

• To create a retail environment which transforms our stores into the most loved beauty Community through elevating store operations to the highest standards.
• To inspire the store team to deliver excellence in day-to-day operations, supporting the entire team to convey outstanding customer service and sales performance.
• To support the store by implementing processes and policies critical to long-term revenue growth.

You will:

• Maintain and enforce quality customer service and resolving customer service complaints.
• Ensure stock levels and merchandising are accurate and consistent to avoid an out of stock situation for the customer.
• Implement all the tools at POS.
• Ensure cash operations are executed as per company procedure while making sure that closing/opening procedures are in place and that discrepancies are reported.
• Ensure compliance with company audit procedure.
• Control and achieve stock variance tolerance.
• Ensure PLVs and supply for the cash counter are maintained weekly.
• Coordinate with Category Managers and Supply Chain team to ensure stock levels are controlled.
• Ensure inventory and stock management procedures are maintained accurately.
• Manage a defined process in the storeroom for all returns/credits/transfers in accordance with Company and audit guidelines.

People leadership:

• Inspire the team on business strategy, vision and relevant information through animate briefings, coaching and trainings.
• Increase the team confidence and motivation by praise and feedback for their performance: appreciate, recognize and celebrate each success.
• Identify, engage in recruiting and developing talents and secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Director.
• Ensure the team has individual development plans and they are followed-up consistently.

Your profile:

• You are dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, attentive to the details that make the difference, endowed with an unparalleled sense of customer service, you like to work in a team, you are business oriented and experience real satisfaction in transforming customer advice into sales?

Also:

• You have at least 5 years experience in store operations.
• You have at least 2 years experience in team and people management.
• You have advanced knowledge of health & safety procedures.
• You have strong knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.
• You have excellent communication and empathic skills.
• You are organized, structured and process oriented.
• You are fluent in English (any other language would be a plus).
